Born in Illinois, Patricia brings a friendly drive to the professional world. She has more than 25 years of corporate experience, performing in roles of increasing responsibility. Along the way, she developed a diverse array of experience, ranging from auditing, accounting and legal roles to positions that incorporate a range of technical skills, such as deal structuring and contract negotiations.
Most recently, she was Chief Operating Officer of Pythias Analytics, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Houston Advanced Research Center. Pythias Analytics, an energy industry start-up, offers climate risk analytics technology and services to large energy customers.
Patricia believes in working hard and enjoying the process. She has an accounting degree from Southern University Illinois and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston Law School. A licensed attorney and accountant, she brings a wealth of technical knowledge to bear when addressing client needs.
In her spare time, she is committed to serving the community and having fun. She has served on several boards, including Southwest Public Schools, Texas Department of Human Services Advisory Council, University of Houston Women’s Institute Advisory Council, City of Houston Climate Action Plan Advisory Council and Houston Tennis Association. She has also been a University of Houston People’s Law School guest lecturer, a Business Law adjunct professor at the University of Houston – Downtown and Missouri City Chapter of the Links, Inc. Internal Audit and Nominating Committee chair. She enjoys playing tennis, traveling, reading and theater.
